Heritage Link is looking for a part-time office manager for our small, friendly office in Westminster, London. We are looking for someone to help us two days a week to run an office of 2 full time and 3 part-time staff. The successful candidate will be a self starter with proven experience of office management and practical book-keeping including proven experience in using QuickBooks. Basic website maintenance experience would be desirable. The post holder will also manage the office IT (including a server), office equipment and supplies, helping with day to day queries. Amongst other duties the successful candidate will maintain contact databases and manage annual membership subscriptions. The successful candidate will be responsible, reliable and well organised with excellent IT skills and competency in common software packages including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel etc).
The salary for this role is £20,500pa pro rata (two dayes per week, £8,200 per annum). The deadline for applications is 11 September.
