Heritage Link co-ordinates the shared concerns of its diverse membership and promotes consistent messages from the whole heritage sector.
In March 2008, the Heritage Forum, the high level liaison group that meets annually with the Minister for Culture, agreed a common ‘core script’ with the Secretary of State Andy Burnham MP on the value of heritage. This can be used as a concise aide memoire of the point the sector wants to reiterate at every opportunity to present a strong and united front on our key messages.
