Non-governmental heritage organisations (NGOs) operating across England can register as Members of Heritage Link. Representatives of these organisations are eligible to join any of the Working Groups, to ’sign-up’ to any statements or responses to public consultations drawn up by these Groups and to vote at the Heritage Link AGM.

A flat rate annual subscription was advocated by members at the first AGM and the current fee is £100. But as members resources vary so widely, those stronger financially are always strongly encouraged to add a donation on top of their annual subscription while others can and do contribute in kind. See also the leaflet describing Full Heritage Link Membership in detail.
