Heritage Link Diversity Programme

Heritage Link’s exciting two year programme to support heritage organisations in reaching out to new audiences was launched on 1st September 2006, with the first of six interactive forum events taking place in Birmingham on 1st December. The programme’s first anniversary is marked with a yearly report by the coordinator Angela Dove.

The second pilot Embracing Difference event on 28th March targeted the Tyne Tees region, and was hosted by the Hartlepool Arts and Museum Service. Participants were drawn from regional heritage voluntary sector groups and regional community groups.
