In 2005 members confirmed the three working groups, Land-Use Planning, Funding and Inclusion, originally set up in 2002, as the top priorities for the next three years.
These three Working Groups act as Standing Committees keeping an overview of initiatives and emerging issues, formulating projects and actions which are brought together in the annual Work Plan. Short term Task Groups are appointed to deliver individual projects and are dissolved once these have been completed.
